Mithila did her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (DClinPsy) at Newcastle University in the UK. She then worked at Cambridge University Hospitals in the Neuropsychology Department before returning back home to Singapore to work with Neurowyzr and huru.

Formerly Chief Resident in Neurosurgery, The Cleveland Clinic Foundation, USA. Dr Prem's work has been portrayed on the BBC, CNN , CNA (channel news Asia ) and in Times Magazine. He has over a hundred publications and presentations in major Neuro journals and conferences worldwide.
